This quarterly, published in 1988, discusses the Rutland County Stamp Club. The club was organized in 1934 by Cassie Belle Mason. The Rutland County Stamp Club (RCSC) was the longest existing Stamp Club in Vermont. The RCSC began with restricting membership of the club for just individuals who live in Rutland County, which was eventually appealed and expanded to neighboring states. A group of out of state members also attended the meetings as long as the weather permitted them to. The club evented annual exhibitions, which started in 1937. The Rutland County Stamp Club was the only organization in Rutland to celebrate the Champlain 350th Anniversary Festival, which was also the silver anniversary of RCSC in 1959. Stamp Collecting became a business for some people, for the majority of people, it simply remains a hobby.
